Rates

Minimum stay depends on the time of the year.

A one-off fee of $300 per stay is charged to cover linen, house set up and cleaning charges.

We love sharing our house with others, but we ask that you please keep it clean and tidy for others by putting rubbish in the bins provided and taking excess away with you. All dishes used must be put in the dishwasher and pots and pan must be hand washed. No parties, sorry. Heating should not be left on when out for the day and not in the house.

Guests will be charged an extra $25 per day for each additional baby after the first baby.

Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking

Check in time for the property is after 3pm
Check out time is 10am.

A refundable $200 damage deposit is required at time of booking which will be released after checkout subject to no loss / damage
The property manager & host will greet you at the property.
